This second of a three part series explores the tactical responses organisations must consider as they confront uncertainty, resource pressures, and systemic transition challenges.
The first session, explored how rising uncertainty impacts the availability and allocation of critical resources, laying the foundation for strategic transformation.
The session is designed to equip participants to understand what systems, directives, and processes need to be mobilised for effective transition planning, what role cross-functional teams play in identifying and addressing transformation challenges, and what tactical steps can be taken to build resilience and sustain competitiveness in a rapidly changing environment.
This event sets the stage for the final session “The How” (November 2025), which focuses on long-term viability and sustainable performance
